I assess Decision Latency Reduction, the measurable speed increase between misaligned and aligned decision-making. I monitor Trust Quotient growth, how psychological safety evolves post-redesign. And I use the Resonance Index, a qualitative but trackable indicator of how aligned your team feels with their projects and environment.
