When do you finally want to change these trends for your SME?
When Boris did the complete analysis for me, he had helped me to see my complete design and by elaborating the keys to my strengths, traits, qualities, life-work theme, and public roles, everything just “clicked” and made sense. I, all of a sudden, saw and realized why I lived the way I did and “experienced” the things I did (in all aspects of my life). Here are my keywords: emotions, experience, new, and change.
He is able to use his experiences to talk to and inspire other people to help them to get to where they want to be. When Boris is being Boris, he’s a natural leader who excels at whatever he puts his mind to, and he does whatever it takes to understand, investigate the craft.
People feel safe and secure under his guidance and hospitality, knowing they are in good hands. And if one doesn’t call this being the BEST and setting up high standards, I don’t know what is.
Thanks to the support of Boris and the BG5 system (business application of the Human Design System), we were able to recruit the right applicant for a managerial position and, with the team analysis that was created at the same time, we were able to identify potential and challenges in our team. The accuracy of this tool amazed me on the one hand and convinced me on the other. In fact, the focus here is on the human being.
We now know where the strengths and opportunities of our team members lie, while at the same time having a guide to properly use and understand each individual.
