When Boris did the complete analysis for me, he had helped me to see my complete design and by elaborating the keys to my strengths, traits, qualities, life-work theme, and public roles, everything just “clicked” and made sense. Thanks to the support of Boris and the BG5 system (business application of the Human Design System), we were able to recruit the right applicant for a managerial position and, with the team analysis that was created at the same time, we were able to identify potential and challenges in our team. The accuracy of this tool amazed me on the one hand and convinced me on the other. In fact, the focus here is on the human being.
We now know where the strengths and opportunities of our team members lie, while at the same time having a guide to properly use and understand each individual. Thank you for the full analysis sessions, they were very insightful even if the main material was already familiar to me but for an advisor, it is so hard to see oneself, so having this chance to have you be my mirror was really great!
Your quote from the last session which will stick with me for a long time “You are the master copy, others are the paste”. I already had an A-ha moment where it became handy. I am planning to restructure my coaching packages, and my first reaction this past weekend, when I was thinking about it, was to “Ah, let’s go look for inspiration and see what structure somebody else is using” but then I remember your copy-paste quote and I stopped and rerouted myself… How about I just brainstorm on a piece of paper how I would like the packages to be before I look at examples? And this exercise resulted in a very unique draft already that I have not seen anybody else do before. It is not finished by all means, but the free-flowing brainstorming session with myself gave me the perspective that I didn’t even realize I needed. So thank you for this encouragement. Sometimes you need someone to tell you over 9 hours that you are meant to be unique before you get it.
