I’ve worked across more than 15 countries — Australia, Argentina, Indonesia, Russia, Hong Kong, the U.S., and beyond — leading remote, offshore, and cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
On the outside, it looked like success.
Inside? I felt hollow. Unseen. Depleted.
Until I discovered the radical power of aligning who you are with how you lead.
That journey led me deep into:
